The tofu is a product rich in proteins, reason by which it has been a basic food in some places of Asia for more than 2000 years and now is spread in the West. Tofu first was used in China, the experts think that its production began sometimes during the dynasty of Han. Afterwards the tofu was introduced in Korea, and it arrived to Japan during VIII century BC.

The Soybean used in Tofu's production is free of O.G.M. (Organism Genetically Modified) and free of pesticides and chemist products (the Production of Organic soybean is made under a strict product control internationally allowed).

Important: Once opened, conserve refrigerated for no more than 9 days.
