Extruded soybean flour - Recipes

Pips Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of impalpable sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grams of flour self-rising
  • 100 grams of Orgal Extruded Soybean Flour
  • 250 cm3 of milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • 200 grams of sweet of quince
  • ½ cup of sweet wine

Preparation:

  1. Hydrate 100 grams of Orgal Extruded Soybean Flour in 250cm3 of milk.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a uniform consistency.
  3. Add the eggs together with the essence of vanilla.
  4. Put this preparation together with the Hydrated Orgal Extruded Soybean Flour, incorporate all the ingredients and then add the flour self-rising. Do not work too much the mass.
  5. Let it rest in the refrigerator during ½ hour.
  6. It is recommended to not stretch with stick; make small balls, joining the mass with the fingers leaving some space to incorporate then the sweet of quince before cooked in wine into soft fire.
  7. Take to oven 170ºC for 20 minutes.
