Extruded vetch flour - Recipes

Vetch and vegetables soup
4 portions.
Ingredients:
- 5 water cups
- ½ cup of Orgal Extruded Vetch Flour
- 1 potato
- 1 round Scallop
- ½ grain cup of boiled corn
- 1 onion
- 1 oregano spoonful
- Salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Pass the potato, round Scallop and the onion through the mixer, with a little water.
- Place the liquefied one in a casserole together with the water, Orgal Extruded Vetch Flour, corn and condiments.
- Bake with moderate fire during 30 minutes. Serve scenery with lined cheese and 1 slice as toasted bread.
