Extruded vetch - Recipes
Vetch and vegetables tortilla
4 portions.
Ingredients:
- ¼ boiled kg of green beans
- ¼ kg of lined carrot
- 1 ground onion
- 2 red peppers
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup of Orgal Extruded Vetch hydrated in 1 ½ broth cup
- 2 spoonfuls of oil
- Seasoning to taste
Preparation:
- Put the onion and red pepper in oil, add the green beans cut in pieces, carrot and Orgal Extruded Vetch hydrated in 1 ½ broth cup.
- Aside, beat the eggs. Mix both preparations and spice to taste.
- Warm up a frying pan with oil and overturn the vegetable preparation, cook to moderate fire, unstuck the edges with a spatula, take off and turn the other side to cook.
- Serve hot.
